Yes. It is called a dormant filing. Skipping it results in penalties from both the DBD and the Revenue Department.

Yes. We handle overdue filings and estimate the likely penalties first, so you can see the full cost before deciding.

Generally, a limited company files with the DBD within one month of the meeting approving the accounts, and files PND.50 within 150 days of the end of the accounting period.

No. We are an accounting firm: we keep the books and close the accounts. The audit and the signature come from a licensed auditor who is external to us and independent, as the law requires. Our role is to source that auditor and coordinate the work.

A CPA is a certified public accountant who can audit any type of registered entity. A TA is a tax auditor, limited to small registered partnerships that meet the legal criteria. We will tell you which applies to your business.

Of course. If you already have an auditor, we close the accounts and coordinate with them as normal. There is no need to change.

Two parts: our fee for closing and coordinating, and the audit fee paid to the auditor. Both depend on the size of the business and its transaction volume, and we quote both clearly before anything starts.

With documents and shareholders ready, it is usually a matter of a few working days. We confirm the exact timeline after an initial review.

Under current law a limited company needs at least two shareholders, and a limited partnership at least two partners. We will help structure it around your business plan.
