What we collect
We collect only what we need in order to reply and to provide our services. We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website.
- What you type into the contact form: name, email address, phone number, the topic you selected, and your message.
- Technical data generated automatically by your visit - IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps - recorded in server logs.
- Aggregated usage data from analytics cookies - only if you have given consent.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To reply to you and quote for the service you asked about - performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and debug problems - legitimate interest.
- To measure and improve the site - consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- To comply with applicable law, including accounting and tax obligations - legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We disclose it only as needed to the providers that keep this site running. Some of them are outside Thailand, so a transfer abroad may take place under appropriate safeguards.
- Google - Analytics and Tag Manager (usage statistics), Maps (the map on the contact page), Fonts (typefaces) and Gmail (where form notifications are delivered).
- Cloudflare - content delivery and protection; your connection passes through their network.
- jsDelivr, cdnjs and the jQuery CDN - script and stylesheet hosting, which receive your IP address when your browser fetches those files.
- Government agencies or other authorities where disclosure is required by law.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: no longer than 2 years from your last contact, unless you become a client, in which case the retention periods set by accounting and tax law apply.
- Server logs: no longer than 90 days.
- Cookies: for the lifetimes listed in the cookie policy.
Your rights under the PDPA
You have the rights below. To exercise any of them, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. There is no charge, and we will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
- The right to access your personal data and obtain a copy of it.
- The right to have inaccurate or out-of-date data corrected.
- The right to erasure.
- The right to restrict processing.
- The right to data portability.
- The right to object to collection, use or disclosure.
- The right to withdraw consent previously given, for example for analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
- The right to lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee Office if you believe we are not complying with the law.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS throughout, form submissions are written with parameterised statements to prevent injection, and administrative access is limited to authorised staff. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the website form.
Children
This site serves business owners and companies. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 20. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please tell us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. If a change is significant we will say so on the site.
